Payment

For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options via CC Avenue
For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) via Stripe
Cash on Delivery option is not currently available

Shipping within India

Shipping is free to all pin codes within India
Delivery within 7-10 business days on ready inventory
For pre-orders, due to the complexity of craftsmanship and materials involved, approximate delivery times vary from 10 days for stoles to 30 days for shawls

International orders

A flat rate of US$50 per order is charged
Delivery within 12-14 business days up to port of destination for regular inventory
Delivery times to the final destination may vary depending on customs clearance and internal logistics
Duties and taxes in the country of import are additional if charged and must be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery

Returns & Refunds

We are currently unable to offer refunds; however, our artisan-made products are eligible for full replacement within 15 days of purchase, at the sole discretion of Coonoor&Co, in the event of any unacceptable manufacturing defect. Upon receipt of your purchase, please note the following:

Do not remove tags
Do check for and photograph any defect and email an image of the same
Do not alter or modify the product in any manner
Do retain the original invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, packaging and box in case of return of your purchase for repair or replacement; Coonoor&Co will arrange for pick-up from the delivery address
Upon receipt, the item will be processed in reference to your complaint. If eligible, your product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Coonoor&Co and dispatched within two weeks, subject to availability (in case of replacement)
