For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options via CC Avenue
- For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) via Stripe
- Cash on Delivery option is not currently available
Shipping within India
- Shipping is free to all pincodes within India
- Delivery within 7-10 business days on ready inventory
- For pre-orders, due to the complexity of craftsmanship and materials involved, delivery times vary from 10 days for stoles to 30 days for shawls
International orders
- A flat rate of US$24 per product is charged
- Delivery within 12-14 business days upto port of destination for regular inventory
- Delivery times to final destination may vary depending on customs’ clearance and internal logistics
- Duties and taxes in the country of import are additional if charged and must be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery
Returns
Our artisan-made products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered damaged. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. If in the unlikely event there is an unacceptable manufacturing defect, you may contact us to return your purchase for replacement. We will replace or exchange the same at our discretion. In this case, please:
- Do not remove the tag
- Photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging
- Do not alter the product in any way
- Do keep the original packaging and the box for return
- Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags and authenticity cards
- We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice
- Upon receipt of the product, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you within standard shipping timelines
